Day 1 Lesson 03 – Breadboard a Circuit

You are here: Home / 30 Days to Arduino Programming Course / 30 Days to Arduino Lessons / Day 1 Lesson 03 – Breadboard a Circuit

Let’s make a circuit!

In this lesson, we look at the construction of prototyping breadboards that allow us to quickly build up and tear down circuits, allowing us to experiment without soldering.

We build a simple circuit to power an LED, utilizing the default Arduino Uno program, and the ability of the Arduino to regulate power so we don’t destroy (or at least shorten the life of) our LED.

Don’t worry if your Arduino has been used before and has lost the default program, we will be loading new software onto it soon!
